I ain't perfect But I'm worth a try My Hearts Been layered over Like a thousand times And I've been looked Over like a million times I ain't stressing I'm just stating What I seen in time Everytime But never mind it That's a steady mind Had balance out my ego With a state of mind Never leave my self behind Cuz now I value time It's just crazy How I think about it Everytime Things ain't been the same Since some people died Haven't felt the same Since my momma cried This world is really cold They keep it televised In our minds Scared to question All the parts of life So they keep under wraps With all the clouded minds Only seeing what is given To the naked eye Bare to witness All the truths And start unlocking mind Everytime i write a verse It's like a peace of mind A piece of time Just to question What I'm worth in life Cuz everytime I turn around I keep on asking why I'm doubting everything i see It's like i wasted time Looking back at all my chances Like i didn't try Cuz if i did I be winning by this time No lie When I doubted on myself I couldn't tell you why Lack of confidence I built it up From losing time Time to time Never learning From the other times Came to all my senses Call it premonitions Maybe just a vision With some Unforgotten dreams Unforgiving will Burning deep With a raging fire That burns still I got the heart of a lion And let it all spill I put it on the page And let my soul speak A piece of me I never seen That's the truth in me I guess you Grow and build Lose it When you old and frail Pick it up And do your best Is what they tell us still I ain't stopping Cuz I'm out here Counting blessings still I gotta make any means That's the way i feel I'm just a wolf without A pack But ain't no looking back I got the guts to go berserk To bring the people Fighting every monster Had to go and conquer Running out of time But at least I know I tried Due time coming So I know it's coming soon Wishing for the best For everyone In the room
