Sensed a stare no one was there In my dreams I was aware That someone watched me in despair But I didn't see them anywhere In my dream I wasn't scared My eyes were open and repaired 6 feet away a friend who cared But I didn't see them anywhere Like a shadow a breath in the dark Till the sun goes down and then you're gone You haunt my dreams tear me apart My subconscious just wants a spark Stare at the sun till my vision is shade When I can't see but I can feel Only then can I be seen So pick me up on this new days eve But you never came, you disappeared Stuck in my dreams, real lifes' frontier If I fall a'dream you'll somehow appear But I can't dream if I don't slumber Like a shadow, a breath in the dark When the sun goes down, then you're gone You haunt my dreams torn me apart My subconscious just wanted a spark
