The unknowing sirens A sacrifice prepared for the beast Reduced to objects To be used and discarded By mine eyes I would take them With vile thoughts I'd defile them Rend away the 'self' leave only shell Are these the lures that lead into Hell? The manifold contagion Temptations, they are legion Gathered under the name of sin As without, they are within Destructive urges To harm and control, to use and abuse For the beast must me appeased And his hunger grows as he feasts Primitive desires Gathered under the name of sin Satisfaction escapes my grasp Am I being punished?
