Fade Away

I saw the last real cowboy Turn and wipe his tears away They took his horse and his saddle I saw the west fed away An old man with a camera stood beside me Took a shot and turned to say Pictures don't last forever They just fade away I saw the man with the camera Turn and wipe his tears away For he had once been a cowboy Till they took his life away The old man with the camera hugged the cowboy Looked at him and turned to say Cowboys will last forever We won't fade away Cowboys will live forever
