Brenda been a baby since the time That she was born Brenda just a baby But they treat her like she grown Brenda had no guidance Since the time that she born Brenda tryna live But she don't know how to move on Brenda got involved with the wrong People she was young Brenda got addicted to some drugs They let her fly Brenda needed a mother and father In her life Brenda was abused as a child It make her cry Her life been this way So now she think that she alright Brenda just my age But you would think that she was older Brenda like to drink She have a problem staying sober Brenda like to talk And be child when she can But they treat her like she bad So Brenda really ain't got no friend Brenda by herself Ain't a thing ever change Brenda could be you But you don't even understand Brenda been a baby since the time That she was born Brenda just a baby But they treat her like she grown Brenda by herself and we know this And we leave her alone we notice It's killing her inside She don't care no more Brenda try to kill herself Didn't work but she tried Brenda need a friend She need somebody To hear her cry Brenda run away From her life Cause she is tired Brenda been alone all on her own Since she was born Brenda ain't got no family Or no friend That could take away The pain That she feeling in my brain Everybody tryna try But now it's just too late Brenda disappear So she can get away from they Brenda's all alone Wit some drugs and yes some drink Brenda takes it all Brenda drinks it all Brenda go to sleep And she can hear them angels call Brenda been alone all her life And now she gone
