What Was I Thinking?

I thought that I had it figured I thought I'd get what I deserved Little did I know, little did I know It's not something you can read in a book Every chance, I blew every chance I took And I didn't take many I thought God would present himself tell me what to do I thought I could save myself by loving you What did I do? I brought a lot of shit into my house And I need a service to come take it out I think it's gotta be a pretty common story (A pretty common story) Thirty-two years old and what have you done, man?
