Myopia

When I look out and see It's getting hard to agree I've got myopia I can't see past me In this world incomplete Do I stand on my feet Or do I crawl to water As to avoid the heat Do I think for myself Or leave that to someone else Do I put out the fire Or deal with the welts I will learn to forget To ignore every threat Why would I choose to know Over a blank mindset When will I find That I can't see This isn't real And neither is me When will I find It's become obsolete Freedom isn't real And it never may be Freedom isn't real And it never will be I don't want to see My mind is pre-agreed I've got myopia I can't see past me
