We met one night, how quick I was caught It was love at first sight, or so I thought I gave her my heart, I should have known better It didn't take long 'til she was gone With a guy she'd been seeing all along Didn't even leave me a note, a text, or a letter You either live and learn, or you die and forget We've got a few more years, we're not done yet I know which one's a sucker's bet You know where I'm putting my money I had a friend for many a year We played lots of music, drank plenty of beer He got kinda weird when I met that woman.
