Warmth gets so discreet Silence breaks through and steers Diaphanous beings Dust sprinkled on skins When the sun starts its fall The void gnaws its bonds Rampant parasite gone To long for its host Throat tight as a rope Leaves no air for the words to travel One syllable Helps the tone from cracking A husk gathering dust It silently craves for a gust To keep it alive The ghost behind the puppet See through me I can't stop thinking I'm only Struck by my loneliness A shade in the night invisible to what's around A draft in the crowd invisible to all those eyes A whisper and a cry both intertwine Lost for the night Dust falling down Then it goes on
