I awake In a cell Made of stone Dark and cold Candlelight dimly confronts me I find myself feeling unsure Mutilation in the air All of my senses obscured Chained to the walls of a dungeon Where rodents will share my last meal Faintly I hear the guards talking I stir as they ready their tools I stir as they ready their tools For I already know what they'll use I'll be made to pay In the worst of ways Wrest my flesh away Toying with their prey I know they'll use pain, No, they'll use suffering They'll use fear And terrible devices Resigned to my fate i'm just waiting for the end Just waiting 'til the hooks go in A sudden latching Of my cell door Hooded figures Advance upon me Bag tossed on my head Yanked up to my feet Pummeled in the ribs Then dragged down the hall Arrive in a room A beating ensues Collapse back to my feet As my hood's removed Horror permeates my being as I look around me Stone walls in a windowless room, from which there's no escaping And from the ceiling hang a million hooks on a million chains In the darkest corner looks to be someone's remains Bag tossed on my head Yanked up to my feet Pummeled in the ribs Then dragged down the hall Arrive in a room A beating ensues Collapse back to my feet As my hood's removed Even though No one's speaking I can sense The joy they take The sadism Of causing pain The entertainment Of cruelty And I know they'll use pain No, they'll use suffering They'll use fear And terrible devices Resigned to my fate i'm just waiting for the end Just waiting 'til the hooks go in
