Screw Loose

I'm going crazy I feel like punching walls I may need medication But that's not all I've got a screw loose somewhere deep inside my head It's pushing on my eyes, I'm strapped down to a bed I'm really messed up How did i get this way? I've gotta break something Just to feel ok
