I'm here cause I don't recognize myself no more You here to help me figure out what's going on We talk because I'm battling anxiety, and when we don't It's cause depression got the best of me Y'all think that I'm so strong strong strong But y'all don't how much my days are long long long So I write these songs, and they sing along Yet nobody understands what's going on (In my head) Sometimes my thoughts get the best of me Somedays I think about self delete Other days I get up and go to work Nonetheless my cloud still follows me I guess that's what led me here to you Or rather why God brought you to me Anyways, nuff with all of that Please help me Hey therapist, what you think of that Added to the fact that I'm black And I'm a woman in these streets It just feels like the world is coming after me Hey therapist, can you help me Can you get me out of here please Cause I feel the walls are caving in Could you help me be myself again
