Letting Go

Cruising through life Where ever I may roam If I stay or if I drive This moment is my home And if I ever hold on It's pain that I choose I can stay but I still run I win but still lose Even though we always swallow So much pain we feel so hollow It's the heart we have to follow We're not alone And west we run For all that its worth Chasing down the sun Ignoring our earth And if I try to hide under a blanket of time then my heart weighs a ton The sun will never shine All the love that I would chase down Head up high I standing face down Finding peace in empty space now We're not alone We will find love when we allow our fear We will find peace only right now and right here Feel all the pain to make the hurt disappear Rest in the dark for we'll awaken in light Trust in your courage everything is alright Let go of anger, guilt, shame and pride Even though we always swallow So much pain we feel so hollow It's the heart we have to follow We're not alone
