Remember when I told you That I'd never leave your path And now I'm back to where I started Yeah, I've come right back And what about all the promises Yeah the ones I've never kept I've been slipping down this mountain Time and time again And I wonder why Why on earth you allow me to continue Yeah I wonder why Why on earth you allow me to continue Cuz even though another day goes by And I still haven't changed I know you still trust in me and I know you patiently await For me to turn it around And figure all of it out Every day you still love me more And every day you show me how What's the concept of teshuva Does it mean to start anew Or it it really just to discover Who you're returning to This world is full off blessings There's also so many lies And in world where I can be anything Only you know Where my heart resides So if I'm still alive I know that's the reason I continue If I'm still alive How can I forget why I continue
