In the key of counting sheep In a house where no one sleeps In a country left for dead In a world that turns its head In infinity drowsy in bed And I'm drowsy And I'm stuck in the midst of it again Stuck in this shit again And I'm infinitely live and dead On and off and on again I worship plenty of different people and I do understand that they are all flawed So I worship them not as deities but as people with more power Not superior people but powerful people And sometimes I feel I have more control than I do but at least I can create that control I can create that power Anyone can but nobody believes it It's a shame but I can't change it And I'm drowsy And I'm stuck in the midst of it again Stuck in this shit again And I'm infinitely live and dead On and off and on again Hey I believe I really do Why else would this be my moral responsibility Picking up souls who've lost hope in themselves Admittedly I've gotten existential myself and it's only getting worse But everything gets better if you let yourself be constituent
