Lately all my thoughts have been bullshit Like, why haven't aliens shown themselves? Or if she really was THAT worth it... (NOPE) Am I just stuck inside a simulated Hell? (These days it's just gotten too hard to tell!) Maybe if you had a lot more questions Instead of jokes about offing yourself You might have finally got the message And could've saved us both the trouble as well Sometimes the light shows us we can't run or hide Found I've been learning from the best When it comes to wasting time All proof that living on the edge Is worth the rush but still unwise Realized that life-lessons aren't always regrets So let's cut our losses, leave the mess behind Just chalk it up as like The worst year of my life
