Well I guess that the onus is on me to take care of my body and my teeth. My guts are all twisted up inside I'm gonna die My pearly whites are all black inside I'm gonna die Well my mouth is a mess cavities And my guts are all rot and disease My guts are all twisted up inside I'm gonna die As my body As my body's breaking down My pearly whites are all black inside I'm gonna die I got my t shirt and I got my sneakers too I put them on myself and walk until I get to you I can see the sunrise walking out the door The doctor's office waiting for me down the street I make appointments that I try my best to keep They hand me paper on which I write my name Last Saturday I had an emergency I had to think about my body and what's best for me I called the doctor cuz that's what you do when you have some kind of problem something's wrong with you
