They stagnate inside of me I can feel it Memories overwhelm me They are changing me Reaching into the spinal cord They contaminate my veins and break my bones The voices inside my head Torment me, judge me for what we have done These shadows are blinding me Chasing me like a shark to a trail of blood Where is the forgiveness? Where is the repentance? That's supposed to be what humans must feel Why are we still here?
