Feed flock of the slaughter Long suffering have you been in these matters When most have supplanted and buried the rest Cover your face as the axe burrows its nest If we could only be transforming Renewing of minds Your thorns they choked our branches Withering out vines We can't be proud how simple yet confounding diagnosis we're compiling When blending gnosis with the holy harsh and bold where we've been led into stepping How can this at all be dismissed So consistent oppressive feeling Underneath the earth it is alive and it's growing Our choice ours alone inherit anew or be in the removing If these cuts are meant to bleed us all whole And I think it's time may we all break from this fold Don't fall for the soul my will my emotions I've no need for them anymore If I have to walk through the fire sobeit ill get to my home no longer consider this desire of flesh I need not of mine own In contempt within myself herein when giving up to consent remember to fall upon that sword once it pierces the fragile skin of yours circumstance
