I really wish you would have waited for me Before deciding to escape my carefully crafted story I'm edging closer to where I shouldn't be But if I'm gonna lose the game I might as well be happy I almost quit the game Cause I was too afraid Of facing my own rage But every day just feels the same No matter how I change So I don't want to stay We really wish you would have waited for me And yet you ran away to live somewhere outside of our reach I keep forgetting that "I" am just one "me" I was losing at this game the moment I started playing Don't you wish you were just a bit more like me? Don't you wish that you had something they'd believe? Don't you wish that you could eat all of your grief?
