I’ve been- after a bag since I was nine, what a time Before I knew how to rhyme I always knew how to grind My moves paid my dues and my crew at the same time Doing shit that made me cool, to the kids at school was the guy I used to come through Monday morning on a high Cause the night before I performed for like 20,000 Live Paint dye in my hair still, detention I’ll be fine Ain’t understand my potential, a disciplinary problem So I chose not to pay attention, let attention pay me And chill with NBA players dog how could you blame me? Was a kid next to Kidd at the height of his career I've seen VC3‘s clear weekly here, yeah Every home game signing autographs before it It made me feel important and they were paying me for it Man nobody else’s story is quite like mine That's why I wanna share with y’all what I’ve seen in my lifetime yeah Uh, Kingsroad, yeah (Y’all with me?)
