I took a walk through the forest And saw the leaves roar in the breeze I heard the waterfall rushing And sat down under the trees I felt the waterfall rushing And sat down under some trees I saw the tamarinds hanging Onto their branch by a string I saw the swallows and cuckoos Turtledoves that vanish in the wind I saw the swallows and songbirds Doves that disappear in the wind I walked a while on the old road And smiled as the dogs followed me To my left a mountain range sleeping To my right a canyon below me To my left a giant left sleeping To my right his bed below me I took a walk through a forest And drank from a freshwater hole I wrote my name on the cave walls And decided to head back home I drew a face on the cave walls And decided to walk back home
