We have been given a charge to walk upon the earth To tell the world of His coming, spread the news of His birth To bring happiness and joy to their lives The knowledge of forever, eternal husbands and wives Our charge is to serve one another Our charge, to live as sisters and brothers Our charge, to be givers of love We are charged to stand for Him above The charge to overcome our trials and help others do the same To call upon the Father in the Savior's name The charge to build up Zion, to help feed the flock To bring freedom to their lives, remove the chains and the lock Our charge, to live as sisters and brothers Our charge, to be givers of love We are charged to stand for Him above The charge is not mine alone, it belongs to all that know We all have this charge and must labor here below The charge, the truth, the purpose of us all Let us be diligent and faithful, let us heed the call Our charge, to live as sisters and brothers Our charge, to be givers of love We are charged to stand for Him above
