My Issues

Sometimes I look like shit but I don’t care I don’t get dressed all day or wash my hair Most days I don’t feel like I’m going anywhere But if I do I sing along and act like no one’s there Sometimes I act a fool just to have some fun Wake up too late and don’t get anything done They always tell me that I won’t ever get far But I still do my thing even if I am not a star Cause everything is easier if I just stick to who I am And I’m embracing all my issues I’m always late when I could be on time Cause I got too much on my mind And I am falling way too fast for boys Who turn out to be unkind But I keep loving all my scars And every time I’m feeling down Well, me and my issues hold the ground I speak out things that you would never say Sleep on the couch cause it is chill that way I can’t say no so I say „I met someone new“ But if I do it really means „not interested in you“ Cause everything is easier if I am true to all my issues Cause my issues they make me who I am I’m always late when I could be on time Cause I got too much on my mind And I am falling way too fast for boys Who turn out to be unkind But I keep loving all my scars And every time I’m feeling down Well, me and my issues hold the ground And I know it’s no good when I eat in the middle of the night It’s gonna be alright I’m always late when I could be on time Cause I got too much on my mind And I am falling way too fast for boys Who turn out to be unkind But I keep loving all my scars And every time I’m feeling down Well, me and my issues hold the ground
