I don't mind The cold shoulder this time Watch me etch mistakes Line by line I guess I've earned your spite At least half a million times Perpetuating little lies I hide behind my eyes I'll just suffer more in my mind More than I do in real life I think I'd find, I should take my own advice And try to figure out my life I didn't mean to waste your time I've had a lot on my mind A constant toil of Pride and countless comparisons Manifesting into tongues Licking the wounds I freshly cut Shedding the skin of condition To lead a life with fierce conviction Is this what I so fear?
