Wistful sunset on the bay Across from oceans blue The tide has set at midnight And the twilight washes through For oceans vast do not descend Upon a cloud-lit sky Eternal is the sunset If you will not even try Do not allow the wistful skies And sunsets of the past To cover up this moment And allow its pain to last Ignite your inner spark within Be present with the pain Allow your song to carry you No matter the terrain Be peaceful in your ventures And allow the light to flow And you will truly be at home No matter where you go
