I never seemed to understand the Purposeful pieces that Planned to make me into A mortal man It seems as if I always strayed from Where I'm supposed to be And maybe that will make me free A mountain of millions making my maternal mix Fighting fewer far internal fixes to myself And knowing that I'm Made of immaterial things And quiet soft sounds simply singing On my strings This story's been told a thousand times Like putting peanut butter on bread To spite the jelly in my head A sun made out of a thousand moons Is the life I'm trying to choose Despite my ever drowning mood A whisper is all I need to Wish my water dry Cause if you can't evaporate Then why try?
