When you really sit And think about how fast time goes You start to understand that wel take it all for granted The question you have to ask your self is Are u taking it for granted? Professors yelling in class I'm not ready to put this half-empty bottle down No no no no no Might roll up something just to get rid of all the sounds I fight depression and I let it get the best of me This my cry for help yet people always get a lesser me Be careful who you vent to cause there's Vents in other rooms Normal life of a college kid running from our dooms Life ain't lifin' right now It's like I'm stuck inside a phase and I can't seem to get out Balancing time and all my faith But I just get tossed around Stepped on every single day feel like I can't make a sound School is draining all my energy I tried to tell it to God he said I'm going insane And then they recommended therapy And go and talk to a man who's getting paid to explain He started saying that the chemical imbalance is the reason that your brain ain't connecting to accomplishments associated with moving on in life Past the things that your heart cannot contain So my happiness won't sustain No but here are your options Here goes the pills only take two with a meal and It'll numb how you feel Wait but how does it heal?
