I've been growing Like the plant you killed Before you went along And placed it on your window sill I've been changing In the same air The rings were made But no one really cared In the forest Of evergreen light Dragonflies play And get lost in the night I've been thinking Of what's to come And how it's better now And how I'm not numb In my own mind With every thought that counts I don't spend my nights Wondering what life's about I found my way Out of this old hell I don't care what you say I've been growing pretty well
