It's up to me to follow suit or lead the way I respond to what's been given Peace I choose to live Chaos and destruction disruption Only prayer and meditation can save my thoughts Rock bottom almost feels like the top I don't expect for you to understand I expect nothing But I still know I'm worth something more than anyone can label me More than my father and my mother wishing they made better choices That including me I still won the race So my effort is to believe that I can make me and the others around me better even if it's in the sake of the demise That meaning We go our separate ways Hard feelings or are no feelings at all I respect you Purpose you gave Respect Most importantly, a change I miss you and I love you and it pains me but life is full of chapters of pain That including working out Or deciding not to pick up your favorite snack on a Monday just because it makes you feel better in the moment It was time to redirect before but with serious intension now I'm not sorry for choosing the right way But I love you And in order to win, is why I will never stay
