My mind been clear, those around me ain't got fear I look in the mirror and someone new up in there All my worries are gone and this time I swear I'll never go back cause on this one's a prayer A change of light something new a delight Ain't not coffee in the cup no more long fucking nights All I got to think about is what bars to write Maybe ones about the school days even ones that were light Walking through the halls wondering what they would say Not about confrontation cause my word don't hold weight Eyes looking down cause I'm not tryna play But let's not get into it cause todays a good day Or maybe let's talk about my times of scheming And to that I come clean it was more than just dreaming Messed up in the head they got me full on esteeming No more bones in the closet I been out here cleaning Shit Yall did it different in the end that's okay Yall said it's changed but I'm still the same way I'm stuck here hoping on some better fucking days Hope my voice conveys the words I'm tryna say I'm just living life, get around my wife Living 3 cars, in the end it's all alright Yall think It's changed but it's just affirmations Hoping for better days like people with applications F*ck That's just a start Living life we spark Inspiration good pen to the paper we park When the hitting get hard the money does too Hope in the end yall was saving like the Jews But money ain't everything and I hope yall know that Really wish I did as a kid I'd really just back Cause all my prayers, they were based on money Instead of the loved ones who where out acting funny in the end that's just living life on the daily I switched up on my brothers no more acting like shady Cause of that, so many people just hate me But there's not much I can do so I just got to stay me
