Just Trying

How come everyday when I get up I feel a little bit more tired Than when I went to bed that night Why does everyday start out with A new set of problems I have to face Just to get a little piece and quiet Every day is just the same Everyday the same old game Working so hard just to stay alive And face another one of these days Why does it have to be like this Just trying to stay alive What happened to just Trying to be happy Every morning I get out of bed Try to quiet all the voices in my head Wanting nothing more than to just let myself rot away How did it come to this I used to be so happy Guess it all just goes away with time Time time time Maybe when it's all said and done I'll be happy with someone Just a shame I'll never be happy with myself With myself Every day is just the same Everyday the same old game Working so hard just to stay alive And face another one of these days Why does it have to be like this Just trying to stay alive What happened to just Trying to be happy Trying to be happy Happy Happy Just trying to be happy
