Okay, I was six years old I started going through shit My mom and dad divorced, a lot weight on me as a kid Started blaming myself like "the hell I did?" I don't know what I did wrong, if I did? Went to school, first day, had to walk myself To my own class, I didn't get no help It was hard to keep some friends real close My heart hurt 'cause I ended up alone My brother and I used to always fight We parted ways as we passed time I kind of miss it being that way But I guess imma find another way By the time that I was 13 I didn't have a happy place I didn't fit in anywhere, I lost my headspace Tried to do something I'm not proud of But hey, that's just the past It's all okay, okay It's alright, alright To sometimes miss all the good times It's just looking back at the past life It's all okay, okay It's alright, alright To sometimes miss all the good times It's just looking back at the past life So, as I was saying, I grew up this way I lost my dog, Diesel, died from his old age 17 years of life, damn, I miss him everyday Hope he's living a dream with God Pray to God Lord, please save me a spot One thing I don't want is my soul to rot I've seen a lot Aye People tried to get me shot If I told you my life I promise you'll be surprised But all I know All I know Is that is just my past life Seems like today is better than yesterday I know Even though I've been through pain It's all just the past It's all okay, okay It's alright, alright To sometimes miss all the good times It's just looking back at the past life It's all okay, okay It's alright, alright To sometimes miss all the good times It's just looking back at the past life It's all okay You'll live to see another day It's all okay Live the life you want to live & let out that pain
