Powerful

My hands are powerful It matters what I do! My choices will affect me now And those around me too! So I can choose to help a friend Or hurt someone I know. My actions have a consequence That only time will show. My voice is powerful It matters what I say! The words I use have meaning and I choose every day To use my voice to say kind things Or use words that are mean. It’s my responsibility To use them carefully! I am powerful And I know what that means! I get to change the world With my words and deeds. To make a difference in this world, I’ll stop and think it through Before I choose an action That affects both me and you!
