I'm So Thankful

While I was walking God showed me He was there for what was to come I looked up at the sky God was looking down at me It was so beautiful And it's insane you helped me through all of my pain Get through all of my days I'm so thankful And I know that I can always count on you No matter what I'm going through It's amazing and so are you I had a rough night But you sure didn't leave my side You're the best Father ever You guide me into the light Whenever I fall astray to the dark Without even realizing what I had done And I know that I don't deserve your love Or the chance to get to Heaven But you give it to me anyways And it pains me to see my unbelieving friends But I'll give your loving to them And try to tell them of the truth After everything I've been through I could never ever doubt you You make me who I am I used to cry everyday I was so unhappy with my life But you helped me overcome those feelings And it's insane you helped me through all of my pain Get through all of my days I'm so thankful And I know that I can always count on you No matter what I'm going through It's amazing and so are you
