See Through

Round the corner I spot someone I know And the dread wells up inside I'd actually really like to talk to you But then my feet just run away in the other direction Cause I dont like the pressure Of having to say something I don't want to talk Or for you to hear me So I'd rather just be on my own Alone, transparent, see through So i just stay out of their way I think things but I don't say They keep themselves locked away I try to be see through My hands shake and I keep my head down I try to hide cause it's scary being seen It's not like you've got any bad intentions But i just don't want the attention on me 'Oh you're awful quiet, are you feeling ok?'
