The Price

He was born to die, a willing sacrifice Mocked and bruised for mankind He suffered great loss to pay the cost Of eternal life What He did that day on Calvary Was a price so great yet He did it for me I could never repay His love I could never repay what He's done As He hung on that tree He was thinking of me Knowing I should have paid Jesus took my place On Calvary Every sin of man upon the spotless Lamb Hanging from nail-pierced hands "It is finished!" He cried In that moment He died Fulfilling salvation's plan What can I give Him for all He's done?
