Is It Still Called Paranoia?

I've grown tired of carrying this weight, Seeing eyes that turn away and think the worst of me. Everything I do and every word I say Can be twisted and turned against me. Is it still called paranoia, If everybody's really out to get you? I grow tired of every waking moment, carrying this weight. And I don't see how the ship could land us anywhere safe.
