End of Day Meditation for Children

Today was a Beautiful day I smiled I saw the sun or Maybe a saw rain Winding down for the Day and I start Feeling my heart My heart is beating Today it was a Beautiful day Thank you sun Thank you clouds Thank you words Thank you earth Thank you to all Those people Who Were there I feel so in my Heart I feel so in The earth I allow A Smile to come Through my face and I breathe and I give Thanks I had fun Today I played I smiled I had many feelings And all of my Feelings are welcome So I welcome the Happiness maybe the Sadness Maybe the anger Maybe the joy Maybe the Excitement Maybe the worry all Of my feelings are Sacred and they're All welcome When I open my heart In my heart and My heart's beating Transforms My feelings yeah my Feelings tell me Things so I listen I Listen with My heart I listen with the Sun and listen with The moon the moon Now surrounds me It's a dark day It's A dark Dark night in this Moment so I allow The day to finish To end and my heart Expand the feelings To be felt and Received by my heart My guardian angels Come I give thanks to all And tomorrow will be A new day filled With excitement With adventures With chances to Follow my heart's Beating I'll follow My heart beating and I will allow myself To be Thank you Thank you And it's time to go To sleep
