Too many things have happened and gone wrong to try to hinder this project from seeing the light of day At this point, I'm bent on sharing it with you by any means necessary I've always believed that my music is low key not for everyone but really is for everyone, "high key!" What I mean by this is my art will service your mentals It will make you think and cause a paradigm shift in the way You have been conditioned to consume music... Good music at that It will reawaken your mentals on how you perceive yourself The depth of this project will cause you to be sensitive to the reality of your pain Dealing with your pain head on and for good as opposed to further fake-numbing it for a split second I'm releasing my art to the universe because of this malaise We shy away from called "Mental Illness" and I will oscillate a little on it I'm constantly at a battle with myself With my thoughts, words and deeds I have been guilty of believing in and myself one minute and self doubting the next Several times, the thought of suicide has crossed my mind And frankly speaking it still does Then there's the part where I find myself questioning everything I've been taught... Life seems pointless I realize that when I'm in this head space, my spirit is weak and just needs to be fed consistently I start to unlearn and relearn norms I recreate my rules and this sparks up a new level of self awareness and belief, obviously divine I start to understand that I just forgot my purpose for a bit And then my purpose and self are reborn So I hope that the fact that this project made it to ears does that for you I hope that my ReBirth evokes your ReBirth
