The Door Was Locked for a Reason

When you come home I'll still be there But I'll be gone In the worst way I wrote some letters And took my last sips I'll fall asleep While sad music plays The only thing Going through my mind Is what will I see When I wake up Will it be pure white Or an empty black Will I be me God I hope not The shock hasn't set I'm still kind of numb But grateful I guess Who should I tell Maybe I shouldn't I'll keep it inside No not this time It's time for a change long overdue
