I can't breath with black lungs My soul is tired and underfed Everyday brings something new Good or bad, black and blue Lurching forward with every step, Not looking back, my mind is blank Pull the wool from my eyes Put up the blinders, let me outside Looking through the glass, I see it all Nothing will ever be the same, inevitable change A presence running through me I am speaking in a foreign tongue Changing the fiber of my being I will never be the same
