i'm not alright

i'm not alright she said that we're fine but i think that's a lie and i know i need advice cause i can't live this way so i take it to the face hiding all my pain i can't see anything iced out patek on my wrist swear to god i thought i was dead inside of my mind all the lies all i cried no-one by my side aye pick up the pieces before we fall again aye pick up my heart shatter it not again oh not again.. i'm not alright she said that we're fine but i think that's a lie and i know i need advice cause i can't live this way
