Welcome to the Circus

I'd like to welcome a new performer to the stage He's not the right prerequisites He's not the height the face the age But he has got a couple things that are half decent left to say And so he raps em for some reason Oh whatever that's ok To the point This poetry is not for popularity In fact the people's popular receptions Got polarity The populous Is not the must But rather just a small byproduct It's sort of fun to share the stuff your overworked mind thought of Been caught up In emotions and exhausted but I'm mopping up my messes And I'm ready for my close up You know what What I've been thinking Is that everyone I know of S'Lacking certain things that matter It matters we know it I never seem to have the time It's the central reason why I often lie On the side line Looking for a way to shine Figure out what's really mine Fore I die It's a crime That so many never try I really try but I admit that's it a trial It's pretty common for my creativity To go on spiral Into a mess I'm not in denial It just makes sense But I fail in style And One day I'll find the way out Find the way up I'll go and surmount The mountain I'm climbing up Yup Imma tell my destiny what's up Cause in the end my legacy was never based on luck Sometimes what matters Doesn't matter anymore In my head In my head Sometimes what matters More than anything at all In my head Is to rest I need reminding Tell me What's it like to live I never thought that I would find a place Where someone could forget Tell me this I know what matters Tell me so I don't forget We're running outta time I'm satisfied With all of mine I spent Oh Been looking for the person I have never been God willing In these years You will see him again My friend Ya I need reminding Tell me what's it like to live I know that Somewhere in the tangle We will know it all meant Oh I wonder what it feels like Facing down the end One day You will look back And see I tried to start again
